A: When your current web hosting provider can no longer measure up to the demands of your site, or when you experience continuous network downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the customer service team to reply to you, it may be smart to swap your hosting provider, i.e. to move all the files for your websites together with your databases from your current provider to your new provider. At Naasei Web Hosting Services, we understand that this can be difficult and time–consuming. That’s the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!Our highly skilled technical team will move your site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our techs have got extensive experience migrating websites and are able to take care of anything – from a common WordPress blog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven website, to a highly elaborate, custom–built web app.

A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, since there are a lot of factors, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to migrate your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not large).

A: We don’t need any sensitive info. We will require, however, the login info for your present web hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you wish to transfer.

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share pretty much the same information you have provided to your previous web hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive info is used.

A: Your website will continue to work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. As soon as we have completed the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will have to do is update the NS resource records corresponding to your domain name. Your website will be migrated over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. In essence, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
